Account Security

4 Account Verification

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposit conditions

6 Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements

Example calculation

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳37,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus only, the deposit amount is not counted).

• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing from the bonus.
• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.
• By accepting a bonus, this wagering requirement applies automatically.

General bonus rules

• Each promotion and bonus has its own terms; these apply individually.
• The wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus can be cashed out.

7 VIP Program

• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on your ongoing participation and activity. The specific benefits and conditions for each tier will be communicated separately. VIP membership is non-transferable.

8 Fair Play Rules
